Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
• Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
• Customized or engraved frames.
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

• We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

1. Processing Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds

• Refunds may be partial for items returned with signs of use or missing parts.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items. Please contact us within 2 days to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrive damaged or defective:

• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
