Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).

  • Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or engraved frames

  • Clearance or final sale items


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use

  • Missing components or packaging materials


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items.

  • Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrive damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect

  3. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
