Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items returned with visible signs of use
Missing components or packaging materials
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective:
